Refund Policy

Overview
ConvertListing is a digital subscription service. Because you get immediate access upon payment, refunds are not automatically provided. However, we want every customer to have a fair experience.
When we may issue a refund
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service during your billing period
- You were charged after cancelling (processing delay)
Timeframe
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your current paid period. Past billing periods are typically not refunded.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@convertlisting.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Last 4 digits of the card used, or your Stripe invoice ID
- A brief description of the issue
Our process
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
