1. Service Overview

ConvertListing ("the Service") is operated by ConvertListing ("we," "us," "our"). The Service generates property listing copy using artificial intelligence based on information you provide. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account & Access

You access the Service by providing your email address. Your email serves as your identity on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your email address.

3. Free & Paid Plans

• Free tier: 3 listing generations per email address (lifetime). No credit card required.
• Beta plan ($19/month): Up to 100 listing generations per billing month under fair use. Billed monthly via Stripe.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or usage limits at any time. Existing paid subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

4. Fair Use Policy

The paid plan is marketed as "unlimited" but is subject to a fair use cap of 100 generations per billing month. This limit exists to prevent abuse and ensure quality of service for all users. Automated or scripted access to the Service is prohibited.

5. Payments & Cancellation

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@convertlisting.com for refund requests.

6. Generated Content

• Content generated by the Service is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
• The Service uses AI (OpenAI) to generate content. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publication.
• The Service does not invent property features, but AI output should always be verified against actual property details.

7. Your Data

• We collect your email address and the property details you submit.
• Property details are sent to OpenAI for processing and are subject to OpenAI's terms of use.
• We store your email and usage data to provide the Service and enforce usage limits.
• We send transactional emails related to your submissions. We will not sell your data to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your data by emailing contact@convertlisting.com.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means, multiple accounts, or other methods.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Service.
• Submit false or misleading property information with the intent to deceive buyers.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of generated content, including but not limited to inaccuracies, lost revenue, or legal claims resulting from published listings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
